You may also hand in a quote request to a member of staff at our representative store. The store will forward your request to us and we will complete and return it to you, so please make sure your information is clearly on the form.
You can e -mail us also but please make sure that you provide as much detailed information as possible about the item you are wishing to gain a price for.
PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR CUSTOM BUILDS
You can place your order direct to us or with the sales team at our representative store. If you choose to place your order direct to us you can telephone, e-mail or post your order. Please have your quote reference number ready, which ever way you decide. If you decide to place your order through a representative store please make sure your contact details are clearly available, should we need to contact you in case of a query. Please note in our terms that deposits are payable prior to your order being processed.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available to all of our customers regardless of the size of your order, prices will vary depending on distance and the quantity ordered. Please ask if you require delivery and we will be able to advise on costs. It is better to let us know when requesting a quote, if you require delivery as a price can be offered at an earlier stage and will aid your order to be processed more quickly.

TOTTON, REDBRIDGE, LYNDHURST, BOTLEY, CURDRIDGE,WHITELEY, ALL AREAS THAT ARE APPROX 20 MINUTES DRIVE FROM ME WILL BE CHARGED AT £5.00
HYTHE, DIBDEN PURLIEU, HOLBURY, BEAULIEU, LYMMINGTON, APPROX 30 MINUTES FROM ME WILL BE CHARGED AT £7.50
ALL OTHER AREAS WILL BE CHARGED AT APPROX 50 PENCE PER MILE DEPENDANT ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER, THE MORE YOU ORDER THE MORE WE CAN SAVE YOU!

I HAVE A COURIER WHO IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND COVERS THE WHOLE OF THE UK IF YOU REQUIRE A LONG DISTANCE DELIVERY AND ARE PREPARED TO BE FLEXIBLE THEN WE CAN HELP YOU.
I AM HAPPY TO COVER ALMOST ANY AREA BUT REALISTICALLY IF YOU ARE OVER 4 HOURS AWAY THEN I WILL NEED TO GET MY TRUSTED COURIER TO COME TO YOU AS I AM UNABLE TO COVER ANYMORE THAN A 6-8 HOUR ROUND TRIP IN A DAY AND SOMETIMES I AM TOO BUSY IN THE WORKSHOP TO DELIVER MYSELF! I WOULD ALSO ADVISE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING LARGE HUTCH BLOCKS THAT ON THE AGREED DELIVERY DAY THERE IS SOMEONE ABLE TO HELP MY COURIER TO UNLOAD YOUR HUTCHES. IT IS POSSIBLE TO SEND 2 PEOPLE TO UNLOAD BUT THIS DOES SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT THE DELIVERY COST. YOU ARE OF COURSE WELCOME TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS YOURSELF, EITHER WAY JUST GET IN TOUCH!
