Please note that orders paid by cheque will only be processed when the relevant handling time is complete. Cheques will also be subject to bank handling fees. All cheques should be made payable to STEPTOE’S YARD.

TERMS
Due to the nature of our bespoke made to order service we will only be able to process your order when your deposit is paid. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value, is payable at time of placing your order and when your order has been processed the deposit becomes non refundable. Any remaining balance and delivery charges should be paid before delivery is made. We operate a no returns policy. Cheque payments are subject to bank handling fees. All quotes are valid for one month from date of receipt, due to fluctuating material costs, however, a telephone call to us will confirm if the price issued is still valid after the one month deadline. Once an order is processed it is not possible to make changes to an original request so please be sure of your sizes and specifics before we process that order.We do however, offer an ongoing advisory aftercare service and while this does not form a guarantee should you encounter any problems we will do our best to assist you.

if you would like to do this using pay pal, please use the button below. Please do not worry that this button says "donate" this is the only system through pay pal that allows us to not enter a fixed amount, as every order will require a different deposit this is the easiest way to do it!!
You may also send a cheque payable to Steptoe's Yard but please be advised it will be subject to the usual handling time and therefore may delay your order. Cheques should be sent to the address provided at time of placing your order.
